Not really apropos, when it's actually raining outside today, dissolving two feet of the snow we'd previously gathered and cherished so much. Hopefully we'll skip the green this year and get some snow for the kids' sake. I'll try and get the version of me singing "Silent Night" naked voice, as well.
Meanwhile, I'm off to listen to a new-to-me Klark Kent Christmas song called "Yo Ho Ho", put in the giant mega holiday mix disc my friend Jean made, and decorate the tree with my kiddos.
Light up the cranberry-scented candles, serve up the most fattening chocolates, and pour me something with booze in it! It's the holidays, dammit!
